In-Person or On-Line, your convenience

Our clients can decide if they want the in-person client experience, or the speed and efficiency of legal services delivered through secure, electronic means on-line.

We understand that each client has different communication needs or comfort levels with technology. We adapt our representation, or certain portions of our representation, to what fits you best.

Digital Intake and Planning Sessions

Many clients opt for the convenience of our virtual process. We are thoroughly adapted to the needs of our clients by offering virtual, practically touchless services from the convenience of your home, your work, or wherever you may be.

Our onboarding and information gathering is completed through our secure online case tracking software. Appointments can be rapidly obtained, and information quickly received, organized, and evaluated.

Meetings can be handled through multiple video platforms like Zoom, GoToConnect, Microsoft Teams, and of course, by telephone.

We calculate your best legal scenarios with our proprietary methods created during study for additional law degrees focused on estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Digital Signing Meetings

Signing meetings for estate planning and court proceedings can be completed digitally through our remote online notary portal. We utilized new Minnesota law at the start of the pandemic for electronically signing estate planning documents.  All staff in our office are remote online notaries for the State of Minnesota, in addition to notarizing documents in-person.

By recent order of the Minnesota Supreme Court, almost all probate hearings are held through Zoom video conference, significantly cutting your expenses and time.

Estate planning clients are always provided a printed Estate Planning Portfolio. Court probate clients are also offered paper copies of their file.

Clients always have access to their digital documents through secure viewing and downloads. If you ever misplace your documents, we have you covered.

In-Person, Brick-and-Mortar Experience

We still provide the experience of in-person, brick-and-mortar office meetings at multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities and the Upper Midwest. Link to our Contact page for a map of locations throughout the Twin Cities where meetings can be held.

We also offer home visits, or visits to assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals.

Meeting locations are also available outside the Twin Cities in the three states where we are licensed.

not all lawyers are the same

We don’t pay for advertising labels, articles, and plaques. We earn certifications and degrees that actually matter for our clients. Every employee of our firm has multiple college degrees. This includes myself with three law degrees, two of which are focused on the intricacies of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Taxation, Elder Law, and Medical Assistance. My assistant Anne holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Our educational, professional, and personal backgrounds allow us to provide a much more comprehensive legal representation for estate planning and administration.
